There are over 210 employees in our resource industries, among which are over 50 professional and technical personnels in mineral geology, surveys, mining and ore-dressing, testing, economy and trading and finance and accounting, including 15 senior professionals and 23 intermediate. Each mining production unit in the Group has its own laboratory and test center with intensified product quality supervision. These enterprises have become comprehensive technological entities from simple manufacturing enterprises in the first place.
